Small group training We believe that accountability, motivation, and interesting workouts are keys to success. That's why small groups work. You can choose a group of friends to work out with, or we'll help you make new ones. We change up the workouts every day. You and your group will work out together and motivate each other, with individual attention from a personal trainer the entire time. And should you desire one-on-one personal training, we schedule sessions by appointment. We're not your average gym. In fact, we're not a gym at all. At Blossom, we're cultivating a beautiful family of clients on a journey toward a super healthy lifestyle. Our first step? We want to get to know you. Our unique environment The Blossom Fitness experience is anything but ordinary. Our clients have told us that it's the best workout experience they've ever had. We're located in a lovely historic building across from the waterfall in South Natick, just minutes away from Wellesley, Dover, Needham, and Sherborn.
